thank you for all your 6 word testimonies and pictures! they were so powerful, and i loved them.
i hope you all had a good week and a good fourth of july! it has been super busy here in the wagner mtc. i can’t believe i leave in SIX days for california! so there has been a lot of packing, shopping, and getting ready. it’s crazy how fast the days go by!
this week our district was able to make a “pass the tag" video together!!! it is soooOOOoOoo cute!!! i'll put the link it at the bottom with my pictures so you guys can see it. all the “lasts” have been kinda bittersweet, but i am so excited to get out there!
one thing that i have loved about the mtc is that it has allowed me to focus on is inviting Christ into my life everyday. in our missionary devotional last night Elder Martino talked about following the prophet’s council to “hear Him” clearer and more often in our lives. Elder Martino compared this to playing a game of hide and seek. nothing happens if we (the seekers) don’t try and seek Him.
since being in the mtc i have learned more deeply that i can not do it without Him, and that i really do need him every hour. we need to learn to rely on Him, and know that He is ready and willing to help us but we must seek Him. i invite you all to find a way to more sincerely seek Him, and hear Him in your life. He wants to help you and stands with open arms. He loves you! you guys are awesome, have a great week!
